How do I book?
Three ways, your choice: through our booking platform [CUSTOMIZE], by phone, or with the request form. We confirm within 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Closer to the date, we do our best to be fair. Call us and we'll talk. [CUSTOMIZE]
When are you open?

Are dogs welcome?
Yes, on a lead, everywhere except the pool area. The river beach at the far end is their favourite spot.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Pitches: from 2pm, out by noon. Rentals: from 4pm, out by 10am. Arriving late? Tell us, we'll leave the light on.
Is there wifi?
At reception and the terrace, free of charge. On the pitches, coverage is patchy, and honestly, that's part of the idea.
Getting here
How do we get there by car?
20 minutes from the A83 exit 7, then follow the river signs. GPS: 128 Riverside Lane [CUSTOMIZE]. The last kilometer is gravel, so take it slow.
Can we come by train or bus?
The nearest station is 12 km away [CUSTOMIZE]. Call us the day before: if we can, we'll pick you up.
Is there an electric vehicle charger?
Two chargers by the car park, first come first served. The village has fast chargers 3 km away.
